Where is my order?

You will get auto shipment notification once shipment goes out. There will be a tracking number and shipment company included there. You are always encouraged to check the shipment updates via the shipping company’s official website. If there is an incident occurs, you will also get auto update from our website, and we will work with you out of it.

Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Dong Guan, China.

My Order is arriving too soon, and I am not ready to receive it

As long as it hasn't been dispatched yet, we can hold orders in our warehouse for up to 3 months

Do you ship to APO or PO Box addresses ?

We do ship to APO and PO box.  Our policy for shipping to a military address or PO box is below:

We will use international courier cooperating with USPS to ship to PO boxes or military addresses. We cannot ship to PO boxes with express shipping. If you have an overseas PO Box, you will still need to use Economic shipping method as your ship method.

AFO/FPO Military Addresses: If you are shipping to an APO/FPO address, please keep in mind that you will still need to select Economic shipping method as your ship method.

Please note delivery can take longer and in some cases and may take up to a couple weeks.

How does shipping work ?

We ship orders from Monday through Friday. Your order will be processed within 2 business days of confirming the order.The presale products or products with indication like “Order normally ships in 1-2 weeks) are excluded.

How long should my items be arrived ?

We normally ship your item via DHL express. Orders typically take 5-10 business days to reach international destinations, but can sometimes take a bit longer depending on customs delays.

How can I contact your shipping company ?

We'll send an email to you once your products have dispatched with information on how to contact the delivery company that has your order.

How much is the express free that send it to my country?

We generally ship your lens via DHL express. The shipping fees you are charged in the checkout is the express fee.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. Any country you see in the drop-down at checkout, is a country we ship to. If you can't find your country in the drop-down, we recommend having your order shipped to a nearby country and forwarding it on from there.

Why is my tracking not updating?

Tracking can sometimes take a few days to update as it passes from one carrier to another, and this is a normal part of the shipping process. You can always access the latest tracking status by entering your email and order number in our tracking portal here. If you keep the tracking portal open on a tab in your phone's web browser, you will need to hit refresh to see the latest updated information.
