YC Cheng (Kamlan founder) first came up with the idea of Kamlan when he was in college. Frustrated by the highly priced lens in the market, he felt there had to be alternative affordable for most people. Kamlan was established in 2016 and the factory is located in Shenzhen, China. It was founded by three professional teams from China, Taiwan and Germany. Kamlan sticks to the craftsman spirit and continues to provide cost-effective and high-quality products along with top-notch service.
