Will I receive a confirmation after placing an order ?

Yes,  you will receive auto confirmation once order is placed. You will also receive a tracking notification once shipment is sent.

Change shipping address

We can’t change the shipping address once your order has shipped. To make quick delivery to your address, we normally ship your order in 24 hours, please make sure you write the correct shipping address when you place the order. Basically, you can redirect your order by working with the shipping company. Otherwise, contact us or write us an email for additional support if you need us to do the address redirection. There might additional charge by the shipping company.

Under the condition your order has yet shipped or we are able to recall shipped item from the shipping progress, we will reship your item to the new shipping address without additional charge.

I have just ordered one of your manual lenses - what if something is missing or broken when it arrives?

It's unlikely to happen, but if it does, sent an email to support@kamlan.shop. Please provide an image in your message and we'll confirm and correct it as soon as we can.

How about the VAT and customs duty

All products in kamlan.shop are VAT excluded. Please learn more about the customs policy of your country. The price doesn’t include any duties or fee customs clearance. Customers are obligated to estimate the custom fees prior to ordering.

How can i change my order ?

You may add or remove items for your order by emailing our support team using the contact link below. If you are adding items, please specify the exact product and give us your authorization to charge the additional payment to your card.

Order is in shipping progress but hasn’t shipped
We will stop the shipment and change the item as your request

Order has shipped
We can not change the order once the order has shipped. The best option is to return your existing order and place a new order.

My order has been flagged for fraud check, what does this mean?

Due to high volumes of fraudulent charges we have received in the past, we want to make sure we are taking steps to protect our customers as well as our company.

We use a company called Signifyd, which reviews all orders that come through our system. If your order is flagged, it means some of the information on your order is suspicious, or that your profile matches that of a similar fraud order we've previously seen. In most cases, the system might flag your order if you are using a credit card that has a different billing address than your shipping address, or if the name on either is different than the billing details of your credit card. I hope you can understand why we're being cautious to double check that these order details are correct!

To proceed with your order we do have to verify your information. Please send us an email that includes one or both of these documents along with your order number:
1. Proper identification with proof of address (a driver's license or government issued ID)
2. Copy of credit card statement that reflects your purchase

Once a member of the team has assisted you, we will get a response within 48 hours. After which your order will automatically proceed to processing (if approved), or cancelled (if not approved).

A product's price dropped - can I get reimbursed?

The price of a product is always subject to change. We are happy to reimburse you the price difference within 7 days of when your purchase has shipped. If your order's ship date is outside of that 7 day window we are not able to reimburse you.

I have that product in a pre-order or back-order, can I still get the price difference reimbursed?

Yes, you can get the price difference reimbursed because the order has not shipped yet.

What to do if my order is returned to sender?

To avoid making errors trying to manually make you an order or trade several emails trying to get everything right, the easiest way to resend your order is to have you place a new one.

Please reach out to us with your order number so that we can refund your original order. Keep in mind we get charged return shipping charges when the order doesn't arrive. We are covering some of these costs, so hopefully, you're able to make a new order and get the lens. We would hate to see you leave.

I ordered a wrong item and it has arrived

We offered 2 options for this kind of issue
1. Shipping back to China can be super expensive so an alternative option is to make you a coupon code for 20% off your next order. In total this could be cheaper than sending back
2. We can offer US and DE address for you to return your order with the condition box has opened. there will be a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee is covered by customer.
