Yes, we never store your full card details, only a token (that we use for future purchases) and enough information to display on the website so that you know which card it is, i.e. the last 4 digits of the card number.
We accept all major credit including Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Mastercard. We also accept American Express and PayPal. As we use Shopify Payments credit card processor, certain debit cards are accepted. These include Visa, MasterCard, and Amex debit cards in Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia. In the United States, you can accept those in addition to JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit cards.

There are a couple things that we suggest trying:

If none of this works please email a screenshot of what's happening, this will allow us to get this problem fixed.
It happens where our credit card processing company will not accept your chosen payment method. Generally, this means there have been previous issues with fraud or chargeback abuse on the card. As you did attempt to checkout, keep in mind you may be seeing a purchase reflected on your credit card, but I can assure you that your order has not been processed and the charge didn't actually go through. To place an order, you will need to use a different credit card.
We generally honor promotions for anyone who purchased within the past 7 days. If that applies to your order, simply send us an email and we will apply a credit to your order for the price difference.
We can apply a valid coupon code to your order after it's already been placed. We will issue a refund for the difference back to your card. Email us with the order number and the name the coupon code you are trying to apply by contacting us.

2. Coupon codes do not apply to products that are already discounted
