Warranty - how does it work?

All the products we offered on website are honored 18-month warranty.

We spend tremendous efforts to create products that you love, but we know that nothing is perfect. We will take care of all quality-related issues with a REPLACEMENT or FULL REFUND including any return shipping costs. International shipping costs must be covered by the customer if the item is not under quality issue.

What It Generally Covers
Defects in the original product assuming you are using the product in the manner it was designed.

What It Generally Does NOT Cover
You altering, modifying, or destroying the product

Used Items
All Used Sales are final. No returns or warranty is offered

Outside Retail Warranty
If you have bought from an outside retail vendor please provide proof of purchase to their customer support team

When does the warranty begin?

The warranty begins when you receive the order.
