Are you selling APS-C or full frame lens ?
Currently , Kamlan is mainly selling APS-C and M43 mirrorless lens. We have only one 85mm full frame lens for DSLR camera. We are working to bring full frame lens for mirrorless cameras in 2019 and 2020

We can’t change the shipping address once your order has shipped. To make quick delivery to your address, we normally ship your order in 24 hours, please make sure you write the correct shipping address when you place the order.
Are my card details secure ?
Yes, we never store your full card details, only a token (that we use for future purchases) and enough information to display on the website so that you know which card it is, i.e. the last 4 digits of the card number.
Where is my order ?
You will get auto shipment notification once shipment goes out. There will be a tracking number and shipment company included there. You are always encouraged to check the updated shipping progress
Warranty - how does it work ?
All the products we offered on website are honored 18-month warranty. We will take care of all quality-related issues with a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
How long does it take to process a return ?
Our warehouse generally processes returns within 1-2 weeks. Once our returns team has received and processed your return, we will reach out to confirm your return is completed
